The weekend was great eventhough Steve had a fender bender during the race. It was a 100 lap race, so he was real excited. Usually the races are 30 laps. His Dad, Uncle and Ninnie came for the race. Twenty seven cars started the race, usually there are anywhere from 9 to 12 cars! The very first lap, a car missed a gear or spun his tires, and about 6 cars crashed together. Three were out of the race, Steve being one of them. He was pretty irritated, but that's how it goes in the racing world. So we will get ready for the next race.

Saturday we went to the lake. We took Steve's boat and the boys swam. It was a really nice day to be on the water.

You've got to be fast when Henry sees those glasses. He loves to take them and wave them around to show that he has them. Mine have been pretty tough when those fat little hands get a grip on them.
